Our Story
Audit Business Services, Inc. was founded by Pamela Fagan in 1991. What started as a training and consulting firm has evolved into a team of specialists dedicated to helping companies, particularly Tribal governments and communities, as well as nonprofit organizations, achieve their highest potential both strategically and functionally.
In 2023 we began our partnership with Hyco-River Development Inc. in order to broaden our services to the Native American Community. Now in 2026 we are expanding our partnerships to Hyco-River Investment, Inc. and Asterum, Inc. in order to grow our business advisory and consulting services, along with our accounting advisory and support services, to assist clients in incorporating and implementing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. This system will consolidate all financial data, ensuring the most up-to-date and comprehensive information for informed strategic decision-making.
